This beautifully sleek, outdoor oasis we created for our client fit seamlessly with the contemporary design of the new-build. With this job we were excited to be given free reign and a blank canvas to work with for both the front and back of the house. Our primary goal was to create the illusion of a peaceful paradise, despite the property sitting on a busy, main road. Through utilising large water features, set within high-end quality products, the peaceful and luxurious environment we aimed for was achieved. In gaining another, beautiful and functional living space in their outdoor area, the client has boosted the house to the best on the street and has added immense value to their sale price in just 6 months. This wonderful end product was achieved through building great relationships with both the client and multiple sub-contractors, along with exceptional project management. The job required excavation, paving, water features, lighting, concreting, lawn installation, retaining walls, aluminium fencing, planting, screen wall, gate and driveway construction, and cost over $160,000.
